Lead Complex Technology Change Across Insurance Operations
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a high-performing technology and transformation team delivering strategic change across a complex insurance environment.
This opportunity is suited to an established technology delivery professional who combines strong project governance with technical credibility and a deep understanding of insurance operations. You will lead large-scale programmes involving application delivery, system integration, target-state architecture, and business transformation.
You’ll work across UK and US stakeholder groups, managing delivery through the full project lifecycle while ensuring solutions achieve measurable business outcomes.

- Process and operating model alignment
- Enterprise application modernisation
Success in this role requires someone who can balance delivery discipline with commercial outcomes—comfortable challenging assumptions, understanding technical dependencies, and driving execution across complex stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, solution designers, business analysts, developers, vendors, and operational teams.
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
- Drive programme governance and ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and delivery standards.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership, identifying delivery risks and mitigation actions.
- Secure and manage project resources, budgets, and delivery priorities.
- Manage vendor and third-party delivery accountability.
- Ensure project outcomes support adoption, operational effectiveness, and measurable business value.
