Senior Product Analyst – London Market Underwriting

London (Hybrid)

£750/day

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join a major London Market insurer on an exciting Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of underwriting technology, working closely with Product Owners, Underwriters, Operations and Technology teams to deliver innovative product capabilities across the underwriting lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading product discovery and defining user-centric solutions

✅ Shaping product roadmaps and prioritising backlogs

✅ Collaborating with Underwriters, Architects and Engineering teams

✅ Supporting the implementation of a new London Market PAS

✅ Driving improvements across risk capture, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, renewals and bordereaux processes

✅ Defining product success measures and delivering measurable business value

We're looking for someone with:

✔️ Strong Product Analyst/Product Owner experience

✔️ Extensive London Market insurance knowledge (Lloyd's/Company Market)

✔️ Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS)

✔️ Agile delivery experience with Jira or similar tools

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

✔️ A passion for improving underwriting processes through technology
