Project Assistant

Our highly prestigious Insurance client based in London has a unique opportunity for a Project Assistant.

Part of the UK IT Team, the Project Assistant supports theUK CIO and the Product/Project Management team in the coordination and deliveryof IT projects, adhering to the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) andSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. The role focuses onenabling the smooth execution of projects and ensuring effective projectgovernance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple IT projects
• Assist Product Managers and the CIO with planning, tracking, and reporting of     delivery milestones
• Maintain project documentation such as Status Reports, RAID logs, action trackers,     and various governance artefacts
• Support PMLC and SDLC activities including requirements tracking, sprint     preparation, testing coordination, and release readiness
• Prepare materials for steering committees, and project forums
• Coordinate meetings, capture actions, and follow up on deliverables across teams and     vendors
• Help monitor project timelines, dependencies, and risks to support successful     delivery
