My client is a reputable London Market Insurer and they are looking for a dynamic and technology driven Product Manager with previous Insurance experience to join their Technology team.

This firm are building a new Product Management capability, and this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to be there at the start of their product journey.

Responsibilities for this role will include being able to develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and user needs. You will be responsible for achieving outcomes for this company by defining a technology enabled product and overseeing its ongoing development and performance.

Role responsibilities-

• Define and develop product/solution strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure focus on building the right products, building them right, and building them fast.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and report on status to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support decision-making.

Experience required-

• Proven experience in IT Product Management in insurance.
• 5+ years’ experience as a project manager
• Significant experience leading others within a product team using an agile development methodology.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Possess flexibility in methodologies: adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Able to leverage AI for efficiency and opportunities.
