£160,000 - £180,000 plus 20% bonus

Location: London 2-3 days plus international travel as required

This will work on Rating and Pricing platforms; NEED someone who knows how to use this, maybe ex-actuary or pricing specialist.

About setting and driving the strategy and vision.

Selling capabilities and ensuring compatibility with Tech capabilities

Someone who has rating and pricing platform/relevant industry experience

• An ex-actuary
• That has used and understands pricing tools and could hold a vision
• That does not want to be an actuary
• And has gravitas to manage KSHs

Job Summary:

· Be responsible for Global Product ownership of GRS business objectives within the Underwriting Domain for Agile Products spanning the core capabilities of all Risk Assessment, Coverage, Rating and Pricing technology capability

Work closely with UW, Actuarial and Data teams on how engage with those capabilities, the flow of data between other linked capabilities

· Responsible for articulating and translating the overall Underwriting business vision into a Global digital strategy

· Responsible for overseeing Agile product teams and ensuring they are appropriately resourced, focused

· Directly manages a team of Product Managers and helps oversee their respective Agile teams and stakeholders

· Accountable for outcomes and key results (OKRs) tied directly to their Portfolio’s aligned strategic objectives

· Responsible for ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and overall progress against objectives using agile methodology
