This is a newly created position working for a top-tier insurer based in London

To support our client through a person of Digital Transformation (across the business), we now require an experienced Digital Transformation Adoption Specialist to work across the business; providing training, support and guidance on all areas of change across digital transformation. This role is both business and technical chage abd requires someone from an AGILE background who can work wtih various stakeholders across the business to provide business readiness change, training, AI Adoption, and supporting and advising the business on how to handle and manage change across the digital transformation journey.
