🚀 Delivery Manager | Digital Transformation | London Market Insurance | Hybrid

I'm partnering with one of the most exciting and ambitious organisations in the London Insurance Market as they continue to invest heavily in a major technology and digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity to join a business that is genuinely modernising the way technology is delivered, with strong executive sponsorship, significant investment, and a clear product-led strategy.

As a Delivery Manager, you'll sit at the heart of a growing Digital function, working with Product Owners, Technical Leads and engineering teams to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. This role is suited to someone who has worked in a genuinely product-led environment, naturally thinks in Agile, and can quickly integrate into a fast-paced delivery function.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Leading delivery across cross-functional product squads

✔ Facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives

✔ Managing dependencies, risks and delivery roadmaps across multiple stakeholders

✔ Coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement

✔ Using delivery metrics and data to improve team performance and outcomes

✔ Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and the wider business functions

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience working in a product-led technology environment rather than traditional project delivery.
• A strong Agile mindset—you understand Agile principles, think iteratively, and have experience working within empowered product teams.
• Someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build credibility with Product Owners, engineers and stakeholders, and make an immediate impact.
• Experience leading delivery across cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry would be highly advantageous.
• Exposure to DORA metrics, Flow Metrics or other modern engineering and delivery practices would be beneficial.
• Scrum, SAFe or other Agile certifications are a plus.
