A leading London Market insurer is looking to appoint a Conduct Risk Officer to join its Compliance team in the City.

This opportunity would suit candidates with between 1–4 years’ experience within Conduct Risk who are looking to further develop their career in a highly collaborative and commercially focused environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Underwriters and key stakeholders across the business, supporting the ongoing development and embedding of the firm’s Conduct Risk framework.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery and oversight of the Conduct Risk framework

• Working closely with underwriting teams on Conduct Risk matters and regulatory expectations

• Assisting with governance, reporting, monitoring and MI

• Contributing to Conduct Risk assessments, reviews and ongoing improvements

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Requirements:

• Previous experience within Conduct Risk

• Insurance / Lloyd’s market experience is essential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across the business
