My client is looking for someone to service a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring you meet their demands and needs as well as building your own portfolio through driving new business

Joining the already-established Client Services team in both Surrey, this role will be joining 11 other Corporate Client Directors / Client Executives. The rate of business is rising rapidly.

This role will require:

• Client Relationship management – overall responsibility including service and broking co-ordination
• Finding / winning new clients
• Strategic planning for management of clients
• Facilitating and overseeing introductions along with on-going management to other areas of the business (e.g. Claims, Risk Management, Credit, etc)
• Client visits
• Creating and delivering Client Service Plan
• Ensuring appropriate resources are in place to deliver agreed services
• Agreeing appropriate remuneration with client
• Client entertainment
• Credit control
• Ensuring clients are fully aware of policy coverage / conditions / limitations
• New Business
• Renewal Business
