London Insurance Market necessary

Very prestigious London Market client looking for a Business Architect.

Must have proven experience in a similar role (3-5 years) in Business Architecture or Business Delivery, Senior BA background prior

London Insurance market is needed, deep knowledge

Client is not fully mature in Business Architecture, this role will play a big part in taking them forward

Skills and Abilities

• Deep understanding of Business Models, Value Chains, Value Streams and Business Capabilities
• Ability to work at both detailed and summary level
• The ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
• Strong people management skills, with ability to coach more junior team members

Knowledge and Experience

• Relevant experience in the insurance industry
• General commercial and financial knowledge
• Process/project management experience
• Experience of writing and implementing guideline and setting performance measures
