Business Analyst :

• Min 7 years’ experience
• Min 3 years insurance , London market/Lloyd’s
• Great communication skills
• Experience with underwriting projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Direct experience working with Dev & AQ teams
• Willingness to push back. We often get presented with solutions, rather than requirements in the UK from our stakeholder.
• Good curiosity and good problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Preferable experience with AI projects, but not a must have
