🚀 Business Analyst – London Market Insurance

📍 London | 💼 Permanent | 💷 £70,000–£80,000 | 🏢 3 days in-office (non-negotiable)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with London Market insurance expertise? This is your chance to join a reputable insurer at an exciting stage of growth.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

✨ Collaborative and approachable – no politics, just teamwork

✨ Experienced in working on Policy Admin Systems, Claims Admin systems, Delegated Underwriting systems and/or on non-life Pricing Tools

✨ Able to bridge the gap between business, IT, and vendors

You’ll work closely with the Head of Applications, playing a key role across:

• Requirements gathering & solution design
• QA & UAT testing
• End-user training & delivery
• Projects covering Claims, Underwriting, and Operations

What you bring:

✔ 3+ years of Business & Systems Analysis

✔ Strong London Market insurance knowledge (Lloyd’s & Company)

✔ Proven experience in analysing data to help confirm and drive requirement and solution analysis

✔Proficiency with software systems commonly used to manage Programs/Projects (Azure Dev Ops, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio).

✔ Analytical mindset with great documentation skills
